A recent update to PS Stars promised a slew of new rewards, which could have marked a significant improvement if they were actually functional. We’ve almost given up trying to decipher what Sony is aiming for; their continued disregard for user complaints leaves players stuck with an unhelpful PS Support system. But fear not, it’s not just your account that’s having trouble claiming the new PS Store rewards.
## New Games Added, But Wallet Funds Still Absent for Many
While many players are still missing Wallet funds, the PS Store rewards section remains the go-to option for spending those hard-earned points. This week, Sony introduced a variety of games to the rewards catalog, including Phasmophobia, Squirrel With a Gun, [Redacted], A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, Romancing Saga 2, Shadows of the Damned Hella Remastered, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutants Unleashed. Do keep in mind, rewards can differ for everyone.
At this point, a significant number of us, myself included, are unable to redeem games like Phasmophobia, Squirrel With a Gun, [Redacted], Romancing Saga 2, and TMNT Mutants Unleashed. That’s five out of eight games that are unredeemable, even though our points are sufficient. Don’t even get us started on the broken campaign features.
So, in summary, the issues with PS Stars aren’t just yours to bear. The system is still flawed, a large portion of rewards are unattainable, Sony hasn’t addressed any of these concerns, and PS Support seems as lost as ever.
