This October, Storylink Radio is kicking things up a notch with a celebration that’s set to outdo all its previous ones, as revealed by the organizers to Hypergrid Business. Throughout the whole month, they’re rolling out live in-world Halloween storytelling sessions along with a slew of presentations exclusively on YouTube. You can look forward to enjoying a new short Halloween tale every night on Storylink Radio’s YouTube channel.
What’s truly fascinating is that all these videos capture the magic of virtual worlds. The live Halloween stories are kicking off on Thursday, September 26, and will keep audiences entertained until November 2. Each night promises three different stories, starting at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., and 9 p.m. Pacific Time, available both in-world and on YouTube.
Moreover, they’ve lined up a special live storytelling session for Halloween Trick or Treat, as well as a Dia de Los Muertos storytelling showcase. Shandon Loring, the owner of Storylink Radio, shared with Hypergrid Business that these events will take place simultaneously at the Storylink Radio estate in Kitely and the Seanchai Library in Second Life, featuring a live intergrids chat connection to knit it all together.
Adding more to the fun, there are special Edgar Allan Poe presentations scheduled for YouTube every Monday, a thrilling full-length novel from the Frightful Classics series every Friday, and some spine-tingling Short-n-Spooky tales on Saturdays. For anyone eager to know more, the Storylink Radio website houses a detailed calendar of events to guide you through this hauntingly delightful festivity.
