In early 2025, NVIDIA is set to introduce at least four new GeForce RTX 50 "Blackwell" gaming GPUs, with a wider range of mainstream releases coming later.
Lately, the buzz about NVIDIA’s upcoming GeForce RTX 50 "Blackwell" GPUs has been intensifying with leaks and rumors shedding light on the launch details. While we’re anticipating the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 to kick off the lineup, word on the street suggests that NVIDIA might also unveil the RTX 5070 Ti and 5070 within the same timeframe.
According to a source from Benchlife, NVIDIA plans to roll out the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti and 5070 right alongside the high-end RTX 5090 and RTX 5080, aiming for a first-quarter 2025 launch. The timing suggests that NVIDIA might make a splash at CES, using the event to introduce these flagship models to desktop gaming enthusiasts.
Though we might see the 5070 Ti and 5070 officially revealed by February 2025, it was initially thought that only the RTX 5070 would make its debut early in the year. However, NVIDIA now seems prepared to push both cards out by the end of the first quarter, giving gamers more choices sooner.
Following that, there’s talk of the 60-series cards, possibly the RTX 5060 Ti and RTX 5060, hitting the market around May 2025. While this isn’t confirmed widely, it’s likely the earlier launches will shed light on these models, including their specifications and price points.
The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti is rumored to be a powerhouse, potentially ranking as the third-fastest in its series. It’s expected to boast 8960 CUDA Cores, 16 GB of GDDR7 memory, and a total graphics power (TGP) of 300W. However, an insider from one of NVIDIA’s partners suggests the TGP could be even higher at 350W. Meanwhile, the RTX 5070 is said to feature a 250W TGP, 6400 CUDA Cores, and 12 GB of GDDR7 VRAM.
As for the RTX 5060 Ti and 5060, details remain scarce. We’ll keep our ears to the ground and update you as soon as more verified information becomes available about these GPUs.
